DELIVERY POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION

All our shipping services are fully tracked.

In order to check the delivery cost please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address. Our website will calculate the shipping cost here 

Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout and in order email confirmations. Please note that delivery times may vary from time to time depending on unforeseen circumstances. Please get in touch if your order has not been delivered by the dates supplied in your order confirmation.

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email to confirm that your order is on its way, this will include the tracking number. All orders are usually fulfilled within 2-3 working days. During peak time and promotional sales periods, this may change and take up to 8-10 working days.

Royal Mail 1st class or 2nd class signed for

Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed®

Delivery guaranteed by 1pm next working day. 

Please note all services require a signature upon delivery.

Unless explicitly stated, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICES

Royal Mail International Tracked / Tracked & Signed / Signed Airmail

This service is handled by Royal Mail in the UK and then delivered by your local postal service. Please see below for a list of areas and estimated delivery times. Please note a duty charge may apply in selected countries outside of Europe. We are unable to refund duty charges applied by the local authorities.

Standard delivery times:

Europe - 4-8 working days

North America - 7-15 working days

Asia - 9-18 working days

Central America, South America, Africa and Oceania - 11-25 working days

Please note that delivery estimates may be changed at certain times of the time of day. Please find an accurate delivery estimate on your order confirmation email sent after purchase. Unless explicitly stated, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time. We reserve the right to remove or amend these delivery options without notice.

TRACKING

All orders are sent fully tracked and insured. Your tracking number will be provided via email on the day your order has been sent

Please allow 24 hours for your Royal Mail tracking numbers to update. To track your order outside of the UK please input your tracking number at the website of your national postal service. Please note that information will only be available once your order has cleared customs.

REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURNS

We pride ourselves on the quality of our shirts and that each shirt is described accurately and priced accordingly, but we are happy to exchange or provide a refund for any item described inaccurately within 14 working days of ordering.

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving the item in the original condition for an exchange or full refund of the price you paid for the item. Items can also be returned for store credit.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DIMINISH REFUNDS IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED IN A WORSE CONDITION THAN DESCRIBED AT PURCHASE. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE REMOVING OF AN ITEM FROM A PLASTIC BAG, BUT IT DOES INCLUDE THE REMOVAL OF TAGS.

ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF AN ADVICE OF RETURN EMAIL.

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed. We cannot process any refund prior to receipt. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method to the card or PayPal account used to place the order. Refunds can also be issued in the form of store credit.

CANCELLATION
If you have ordered in error, please advise us to cancel as soon as possible after the order. We can refund you straight away, if the item has not been posted. If your order has been shipped, you will need to contact us on receipt of your order and follow the returns procedure
