This is a very rare Hull FC Reserves Match Worn Jack Harrison Centenary shirt from the April 2017 game v GB Armed Forces RL team. 

CONDITION - Shirt is in very good condition. 

CONDITION DETAILS - Colours are good. The number print is excellent. There are some game marks on the left sleeve. 

SIZE - Adults 40" - Medium
Armpit to armpit 21 inches/ 53cm. Top of shoulder to bottom of the shirt 28 inches/ 71cm. 

Please check the measurements as sizes from previous periods can be different to todays standard sizes.

MADE of 100% polyester. 

FEATURES - Number 5 print on the back. Jack Harrison VC MC 12.11.1890 - 03.05.1917 detail under Poppy symbol. Three printed images of Jack Harrison at the back of the neck.

Different to replicas with logos within the material, different material - replicas were made of cotton and the images at back of neck were not on the replica

DETAILS - Match worn shirt from when the Hull FC reserves played in these special commemorative Pro shirts prior to the Jack Harrison Centenary fixture at the MKM Stadium on 28th April 2017. They played against the GB Armed Forces RL team in the Jack Harrison Challenge

The commemorative shirt was issued as part of a wider programme of celebration and memorial events that took place to mark 100 years since Jack Harrison VC MC was killed during WWI and posthumously awarded the Victoria Cross.

At the age of just 26, he became the first sportsman to be bestowed with the honour, having already earned his place as one of Hull’s greatest rugby league players, winning the Challenge Cup in 1913.

The free-scoring winger also holds the record for the most tries scored in a season for the club, which still stands today at 52.
