from the 2005 game v Newcastle Falcons.

GRF Cup 20005 patch on right sleeve with Newcastle Falcons Japan Tour 2005 detail  

Details - Shirt believed to be match worn by Kouzo Higashi who played number 3 in the game. The game was played on 20th August 2005 and Newcastle won the game 73-6
