This shirt is a Jonah Lomu XV shirt made for the one off Nobok Challenge Match in 2005. This Challenge match was Martin Johnsons' testimonial and last ever game and was a game between his team versus a Jonah Lomu XV. It also represented a return to rugby for Jonah after 3 years away from the game
The score was Martin Johnson XV 33 Jonah Lomu XV 29
Jonah scored a try but hurt his shoulder in the process of scoring so did not play the 2nd half
Jonah Lomu XV was made up as follows - Bruce Reihana; Lome Faatau, Matt Burke, Daryl Gibson, Jonah Lomu (capt), Carlos Spencer, Mark Robinson; Kees Meews, Daniel Coetzee, Dave Hewitt, Greg Rawlinson, Troy Flavell, Justin Collins, Corne Krige, Toutai Kefu.
Replacements: Trevor Leota, Craig Dowd, Ian Jones, Scott Robertson, Jason Spice, David Howell, Keith Lowen, Eric Rush.
