This is a Northland RFU Official Canterbury short sleeved Rugby Union Shirt from the 2001/03 seasons.

CONDITION - Shirt is in very good condition.

CONDITION DETAILS - Colours are good with no fading, logos are stitched and are excellent. Some light bobbling on front and back

SIZE - Adults Medium.

Armpit to armpit 21 inches/ 53cm. Top of shoulder to bottom of the shirt 28 inches/ 71cm.

Please check the measurements as sizes from previous periods can be different to todays standard sizes.

MADE BY - Canterbury of 55% cotton, 45% polyester

DETAILS - Shirt from when Northland came 7th, 8th and then bottom respectively of the NPC Division 1 

PLAYERS - included Going, Lasagavibau, Berryman, Caucaunibuca 

HISTORY - Northland (often known as the Northland Taniwha) are a New Zealand professional rugby union team based in Whangarei New Zealand. The union was originally established in 1920, with the National Provincial Championship established in 1976. They now play in the reformed NPC competition. They play their home games at Semonoff Stadium  in Whangarei. The team is affiliated with the Blues Super Rugby franchise. Their home playing colours are sky blue.
