This is a very rare Gauteng Lions Official Nike short sleeved Rugby Union Shirt believed to be match worn from the 1997 season. 

CONDITION - Shirt is in very good condition.

CONDITION DETAILS - Colours are good. There is some staining to the lower half of the shirt. The logos including the name and number print are excellent.

SIZE -  Adults XL.

Armpit to armpit 24 inches/ 61cm. Top of shoulder to bottom of shirt 32 inches/ 81cm.

Please check the measurements as sizes from previous periods can be different to todays standard sizes.     

MADE BY - Nike of 100% cotton.

FEATURES - Official V Rensburg and number 10 print on the back. Currie Cup patch on sleeve.   

DETAILS - Rare shirt believed to be match worn by Louis van Rensburg during the 1997 season. The Lions reached the semi finals of the Currie Cup losing to the eventual winners Western Province. They also played the British and Irish Lions during the year.
