This is a Scotland Official Umbro Rugby Union players shirt from the 1993 World Sevens Tournament
CONDITION - Shirt is in good condition
CONDITION DETAILS - Colours are good on the main body, There is light discolour to the collar. Logos including the number point are excellent. There is bobbling on the front and back.
SIZE - Adults 2XL.
Armpit to armpit 25 inches/ 64cm. Top of the shoulder to bottom of the shirt 31 inches/ 79cm.

MADE - by Umbro. Main shirt is 100% polyester. Collar is 100% cotton.
FEATURES - Number 2 print on the back. World Sevens 1993 stitched under the crest.
DETAIL - Rare shirt believed to be a players match worn shirt from the 1993 World Sevens competition. Number 2 for the completion was Stuart Bennett.
The 1993 Rugby World Cup Sevens was held at Murrayfield in Edinburgh, Scotland, in April 1993. This tournament was the inaugural Rugby World Cup Sevens tournament.
24 teams were invited and were drawn into four pools of six teams with the top two progressing to the Melrose Cup, the third to the Plate and the fourth-placed teams contesting the Bowl competition.
Scotland came 4th in their group winning 3 games and losing 2. They then progressed to the Bowl competition. They beat France but lost in the Bowl final to Japan.
