This is a British and Irish Lions Official Canterbury Rugby Union Shirt inspired by the birth of the Lions and their first official Tour in 1888.

CONDITION - Shirt is in very good condition

CONDITION DETAILS - Colours are good on the main body with some discolour/colour run to the back of the neck on the collar. Crest is stitched and is excellent. 

SIZE -  Adults 2XL.

Armpit to armpit 24 inches. Top of shoulder to bottom of the shirt 30 inches. 

Please check the measurements as sizes from previous periods can be different to todays standard sizes. 

MADE BY - Canterbury

FEATURES  - Diamond stitching across the upper body and shoulders with elasticated finish to the cuffs. Original Lions crest stitched on the chest.

DETAIL - Rare shirt from when Canterbury first won the Lions contract.
