This is a very rare Ireland Official Canterbury long sleeved Rugby Union Shirt from the 2001/02 season

CONDITION - Shirt is in very good condition

CONDITION DETAILS - Colours are good. The sponsor print has some cracking principally on the lines  There is light wear to the collar and some bobbling on the front and back. 

SIZE -  Adults 2XL.

Armpit to armpit 26 inches/ 66cm. Top of shoulder to bottom of the shirt 31 inches/ 76cm. 

Please check the measurements as sizes from previous periods can be different to todays standard sizes. 

MADE BY - Canterbury of cotton and polyester. This is the 2nd shirt by Canterbury after they won the contract from Nike. It differs from the first in that there are white rings on the sleeves

PLAYERS - included Henderson, Horgan, O'Gara, Wood

DETAIL - Shirt first worn in the 2001 Six Nations Competition when Ireland came 2nd. The first 2 games which were played in Feb 2001 were in a different shirt. Due to the Foot and Mouth outbreak the 3 other games were played in September and October in this style of shirt
