This is a British and Irish Lions Official Adidas Rugby Union 
Shirt from the 1997 tour to South Africa

SHIRT CONDITION - Shirt is in very good condition

CONDITION DETAILS - Colours are good on main body with some fading. The white collar has some discolour
Sponsor, crest and adidas logos are embroidered and are excellent.

SIZE -  Adults XL, armpit to armpit 26 inches.                    
Top of shoulder to bottom of shirt 34 inches
This shirt in line with all others from this tour is larger than usual size XL, could be 2XL, 3XL size

MADE BY - Adidas of 100% cotton

FEATURES - This is a rare original tour shirt without the "Victory in South Africa" wording that was on shirts sold at the end of the tour 

PLAYERS -  included Johnson, Dawson, Jenkins, Bentley

DETAIL - Shirt as worn on the 1997 tour to South Africa when the Lions won the Test Series 2-1
